Settings are not persistent after jenkins restart

Whenever jenkins restart it resets google sign in.

Problem is still occurring after trying multiple times. Jenkins is installed using the helm template with persistence enabled. The problem is coming only with this plugin rest of the plugins are persisted after jenkins restart
