Facility for repeating a certain geo-annotation, e.g. "annotate all other instances of Athens".

I spent some time experimenting with this. It seems feasible to do this with a plugin. I believe the UX might have to change a bit to make it work in the context of new Recogito. But, in any case: I can still come up with a prototype in this project round.
