maas api goes into crashloop backup

Error logs

failed to sync logger: sync /dev/stdout: invalid argument
error: failed to load database URL: failed to read secret redhat-ods-applications/maas-db-config: secrets "maas-db-config" not found (ensure the secret exists before starting maas-api)

Expected behavior

Most likely missing some new required configs for MaaS
