Storage deposit is always paid when using Trisolaris #470
Description
Even though I have already deposited the storage deposit and have some output tokens on my balance, it still asks for a storage deposit for the output token. Even if I pay it twice, then it asks for the third time and so on. Doesn't affect the normal ref exchange, only Trisolaris is affected.
