Programming Circuit not crafting in multiplayer (0.1.3p47 & GTNH 2.8.0)

Programming Circuit Provider (T0 & T1) is not able to craft/output the programming circuit. This exact setup works flawlessly in a singleplayer world.

Can you reproduce with the vanilla AE CPU?

Cannot reproduce on both single player mode and multi player mode.
Are you sure the Multiblock CPU is on?
It needs an Energy Hatch(Even it does not need power to work) and a Maintaince Hatch.
And the power switch of the Multiblock must be on to do crafting jobs (allow submitting jobs when off though).

The missing energy hatch was the problem. I removed the energy hatch in singleplayer and the CPU kept working so i thought that the energy hatch wasn't required. It seems like switching the energy hatch with a casing before it does a structure check allows it to still function even without an energy hatch. I suggest either removing the need for an energy hatch or making the CPU not form without one.

Multi CPU is still work in progress to some certain extent, will optimize it later.
