Cukedoctor model does not support hooks #236

Your cucumber-js feature files demo all the places one can include an attachment such as in hooks not just steps.

However cukedoctor seems only to support steps its data model.

I need to render attachments from scenario"after" hooks (and anywhere else cuke supports them.)
