Add support for Git Branch tracking #441

As a user I should be able to configure my pipeline to listen to for changes in all branches in a repository for changes, then trigger run and upon successful completion to result in a "ready for merge" or automatic merge to the mainline e.g. master branch.

This will allow to automate feature branches & pull requests verification automatically
