Submit button - keybind to Enter key

Currently, to submit a message, you need to wait until the submit delay time finishes. This is not a huge time saver, but it could improve the user experience for the people who just typed a message and want to send it to the channel.

Having a "Submit" button and adding a new shortcut to the Enter key would do it.
