[BUG] ePBT "Pre-Select Queue" row gets stuck #892

Describe the bug
I've experienced a few times where a row in the pre-select queue for ePBT gets stuck. The time on it stops counting and no amount of identification of the skater or hitting cancel corrects it. For example, the timer may get stuck at 18 seconds, and hitting one of the skater buttons in that row will send it to the timer area for the full 30 seconds.
Restarting the scoreboard has an interesting behavior. It does not remove the errant row, but the timer resumes and hitting cancel correctly removes it.
To Reproduce
I'm working on this. I haven't been able to find a reliable way to do it yet. Setting up a game, entering lineups and just pretending to have people coming to the box was able to have the phantom row occur multiple times in the span of about 15 minutes of playing with it. I will update this if I figure out a more reliable way to do it, but I don't have much time at the moment. This is mostly documenting what I've been able to find while it is fresh.

Additional context
We were running two tablets in the above configuration. The phantom row appears across all devices. We tried entering lineups on both the laptop and the tablets. Auto-end jams was off and we were running jams well past zero, which may be related. We started experimenting because we were seeing similar things happening mid-game, which would not have had jams running beyond zero as auto-end was enabled.
I am hoping the brain trust of contributors and users can suggest things to try to make this happen and seeking feedback if others have run into it as well.
