Choice of python virtualisation option #71
Description
In docs/Scanner/install/create_env.md:
be more explicite about the choice between venv and conda.
venv is the prefered option and used implicitely for the plant reconstruction (https://docs.romi-project.eu/Scanner/install/plant_reconstruction_setup/) which is the most important chunk of code.
conda is required if you want to use Lpy (and blender?).
