We got a ticket today from a user that thought SupportApp had activated the microphone due to the orange (.systemOrange) dot on the menu bar icon.
Since Apple has begun using an orange dot to indicate microphone activation I can't fault the user for coming to that conclusion.
Red is a more universally used color for indicating something needs attention (see app icons in the Dock for instance).
I think it would be good to change the color of the dot used in SupportApp, or if not add a preference allowing admins to configure it.
