Hello - I have my Password Policy limit set to 10 days but users are getting notified at 25 days on down. This is too far out and is annoying the users. How do I get the notification to kick in at 10 days?

Hi @mrrobertbuss you mean the Support App is showing the warning with exclamation mark and the orange dot in the menu bar icon? If that's the case, please share some logs as documented while reopening the app.
