Blame mode, right click on short sha link, commands don't work

(a) load repo
(b) View > History
(c) drill down to a file
(d) Blame view for the file
(e) right click on a short sha that is the blame
(f) see menu of things like "open link", "open link in new window"
(g) expected: those commands do something / actual: nothing happens.
either have the commands work, to don't have the commands there at all?

They're definitely supposed to work.
