Update entities in DB with an ID attr? #10

Add an ID attribute to all entities (N/T/A) in DB to avoid future changes in DB.

Is it needed to have a custom ID or can I use an existing Core Data ID?
Check before 1st rollout.

Removing from 1st release: only iCloud will be supported, no need for manual synchro
