[Enhancement]: add plug and play USB camera support

Enhancement Description

Just being able to plug in a USB camera, instead of needing to set up an IP camera

Use Case / Motivation

It would allow simple camera configuration, allowing for easy monitoring, especially on headless setups

A workaround is to run a streamer from the same raspberry pi, streaming it’s own webcam to itself
