From time to time team members raise PRs at Draft state. They're not ready to be reviewed. They appear on the dashboard with a blue bordered badge saying Draft, but it seems that isn't enough! Team members regularly start reviewing PRs before the author has finished them, raising loads of comments about missing stuff that the author already knows about!
It would be great if there was an option to hide Draft PRs unless they are my own.
