such PR shows below WARNING
"Unable to merge automatically: Can not merge pull Request because some conflicts resolutions were applied using Pull Request Merge Conflict Resolution. This feature has a bug, so it is being temporarily restricted until a proper fix can be shipped. Please resolve conflicts locally"
