Summary

Provide new filters on item and categories for donations

Why?

Helps the bank with digging up information for grant writing

Details

  • provide a filter by item on the donation index page
  • provide a filter by item category on the donation index page
  • we want these to work in the same way as they do on distribution, including the effect on quantity and value
  • make sure these filters work on the export as well

Criteria for completion

  • behaviour as described above
  • automated tests that confirm the behaviour is in place

hey @cielf does this include feature from #5002 . I have already raised PR for #5002 and it seems this issue includes a part of what I have implemented

@cielf @danielabar I would take up this feature, as it is mostly similar to what I did in 5002 , so it will be easy for me

I'm fine with that, and it frees up @danielabar for something else.
