Validate JSON more publicly

Without validation, I risk polluting KEV Collider and other downstream consumers with bad JSON. Possibly evil JSON.

Currently, newly created JSON files are inspected with a custom validation.rb script on the back end before being committed here, but that's kind of invisible to the casual user. It would be more useful to promote that validation process to this repo, so other people can actually use it.
