Add Gemstone Crab Notifier plugin

Plugin Description

Sends Pushover notifications when the gemstone crab dies and respawns at a new location in Old School RuneScape.

Features

• Detects gemstone crab despawn events (NPC ID: 14779)
• Sends push notifications via Pushover API
• Includes character name in notifications for multi-account support
• Configurable notification priority and sound

Testing

This plugin has been tested in a development environment and successfully sends notifications when the gemstone crab despawns.

Cool, I just set that up and it looks like it should work. I still think there's a place for this for people who don't want to configure multiple, relatively complex plugins to get a simple notification working, but given that mine requires external setup too, it's not THAT much easier.

Also using that Gemstone Crab plugin seems to prevent the need to mess with Watchdog at least.
