Jig melts in non-run transactions not detected #2
Description
The Planaria and MatterCloud APIs do not return non-RUN transactions that spend RUN outputs. This means that unless these transactions are added manually, melts of jigs in non-RUN transactions are not seen by the database and continue to show up in /unspent queries.
Proposal for fix:
- A new RUN API that returns jig melts to supplement the Planaria and MatterCloud APIs
