Rename branch from master to main?

Since the rust-lang repo did this, it would be nice if this repo did too. I don't think that any actual code has to be modified, so, infra should be able to just pull the switch, but, presumably, someone from rust-lang/infra would have to.

I have no objections to changing the default branch name.
