couldn't run the server

HE_CLIENT_SECRET=your_token_here python manage.py runserver ( i enteered my token here).... but it couldn't run. the error below is showing:

'HE_CLIENT_SECRET' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
