When Sandboxie.ini is huge, the response speed gets worse

I did four tests of Sandman's response speed in SSD, one with a 131 Box ini, one with a empty ini, and one with Windows 11 Pro normal user and one with Active Directory user. They are both the default for yellow Box, with some minor customizations and no breaking options.
Response speed here refers to the time it takes in Sandma when modify the configuration, start, stop, create a Box, move a group, and so on, until no response ends.
Pro user with 131 boxes: 10s
AD user with 131 boxes: 32s
Pro/AD user with 1 box: very fast

@DavidXanatos This issue should be re-opened as 1.15.9 only marginally improved performance. While it's not as bad as before the program still freezes quite often while trying to perform almost any action.

Earlier versions of sandboxie had no performance issues even with hundreds of boxes so I reinstalled a bunch of versions to pinpoint when the problem first started and I discovered version 1.11.0 is the first version with this issue. If you revert to 1.10.5 or earlier there's no performance problems even with hundreds of boxes.
