[Bug][CRM/OA][Frontend] - Update Blocknote styling #235

Description
Currently, we are using blocknote to render our dynamic markdown editor; however, styling across the app where we use this isn't always aligned with where it's being used (styling issues, size mismatch, etc)
This ticket is to explore the app and find areas that need styling adjustments for the blocknote component (or find a way to make it adaptable to all situations where it's used, so we don't have to account for this in the future!)
Acceptance Criteria
- Styling fixed on at least the example shown
- Screenshots of before and after, and an explanation of your changes and why they worked
- Ensuring that this change doesn't break other instances of the blocknote around the app
