[Bug][CRM][Frontend] - Fix searching state within template lib tabs

Description

Right now our search queries for positions changes the total count displayed on the tab. But for task and assessment templates, the count stays the total count and the search doesn’t change what the tab displays

Acceptance Criteria

• The numbers shown in the tabs sections should resemble whats being shown on the UI (what is being filtered)
