[Feat] Ability to filter tasks by tags, state, dates, text

Filter tasks by:

• Tags (also custom tags)
• State (done, canceled, undone)
• Duedate (when it will be released), e.g. today tasks, tomorrow tasks, overdue tasks, custom date tasks
• Text filter (by substring)

Also filter for next action, like Hide other then one on top or hide all other subtrees of tasks except highest in task tree.
