User story
GPL-602 As an SSR using the 'Sentinel Cherrypick' page, I would like to be able to select all and deselect all plates at once, in the table, to save time in the case where I only want to batch a few plates from the list.

Sentinel Cherrypick page has a select all / deselect all box on the table.

Additional context
I (Katy) made this story after finding deselecting all the boxes annoying when testing - however, I don't suppose it's a common scenario to want to deselect most of the boxes, so it might not be high priority.
