Uploading library plate manifest with incorrect/invalid tag plate name causes 500 error

A NoMethodError occurred in sample_manifest_upload_with_tag_sequences#create:

  undefined method 'tag_group_id' for nil
  app/sequencescape_excel/sequencescape_excel/specialised_field/dual_index_tag_well.rb:48:in 'SequencescapeExcel::SpecialisedField::DualIndexTagWell#tag_group_id'

In the ticket SSR received the completed manifest from the user and uploaded the manifest. The user appears to have c&p the tag set name from another source. i.e. "Dual Index Kit TT Set A" should be "PN-1000215/PN-3000431 Dual Index Kit TT, Set A"

There should be a test that the tag plate name inserted in the manifest is valid

Fixed in PR #5745

The Dual Index Tag Set specialised field was capturing the error. However, the connected specialised field Dual Index Tag Well was still attempting to look at the tag groups inside the tag set despite it being a null object and blowing up. Added simple guard on the tag group lookup to allow the original tag set error message to come through as in the pic above.
