Y26-147 - New manifest types for Kinnex compound samples

User story
As a user, I want LIMS to support sub-barcodes (dual indexing) for Kinnex samples and expose this data in MLWH, so that I can accurately trace concatenated fragments without relying on manual tracking and reduce data risk.
Kinnex compound samples can be within a plate or a tube.
To enable this, I would like a new manifest type to support uploading compound samples to LIMS and populate data accordingly.

• Provide a new sample manifest type for compound samples present within a plate (please refer to the attached file, as it has been validated with stakeholders)
• Provide a new sample manifest type for compound samples present within a tube (please refer to the attached file, as it has been validated with stakeholders)
• Sample data and tags are stored correctly within SS
