User story

As a user, I want LIMS to support sub-barcodes (dual indexing) for Kinnex samples and expose this data in MLWH, so that I can accurately trace concatenated fragments without relying on manual tracking and reduce data risk.

Acceptance criteria

• Update the compound_component table schema in MLWH to support storing tags
• Submitting samples using the Kinnex compound sample manifest (#Y26-147) should create compound samples
• Submitting samples using the Kinnex compound sample manifest (#Y26-147) should populate the MLWH compound_component table accordingly (populate the component tags too).
