Problem

In the Chinese recruitment landscape, particularly on BOSS Zhipin (one of China's largest hiring platforms), candidates are required to send an "initial greeting" (打招呼) to recruiters. This is essentially a cold message—similar to a cold email, but much more concise and punchy.

Proposed solution

JD-Resume Synthesis: The system must identify the "Top 3 Match Points" between the job description and the candidate's profile.

Persona Adaptation: Adjust the messaging hierarchy based on the recipient (e.g., HR focuses on hard requirements; Founders focus on vision/impact).

Brevity Engine: Output must be under 150 characters, utilizing "Punchy Sentences" rather than long paragraphs.

No-Fluff Policy: Automatically remove generic phrases like "I am looking for a job" and replace them with "Specific Value Propositions."
