The project archive is now transferred using the Smack API.

The current Smack API has no dual connection mode as our
Socks5Transport and so it is possible that a direct Socks5
connection is established but Smack just uses IBB for
the file transfer.

Just leaving the prio to 5 because:

Lowering the prio = just a UI display bug

Increasing the prio = unwanted side effect when
the behavior was changed (aka try always to get
the best connection)
