Fall back to old regex library when lookahead/lookbehind are used

At some point we switched to a new regex library for performance reasons. Turns out it doesn't support lookahead/lookbehind which are critical to some of our autoresponses (ex. modsdonotdisableachievements). It should fall back to the old one when those constructs are detected in a crash.
