[Bug]: Fix Broken Link in Footer

Bug Description

The "Code of Conduct" link in the footer points to the wrong path.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the faq.html page.
2. Scroll to the footer section.
3. Click on the Code of Conduct link.
4. See a 404 error or navigate to the wrong page.

Expected Behavior

The link should navigate to code-of-conduct.html

Actual Behavior

The link navigates to conduct.html
