I'm reporting a bug related to the filter functionality when the parameter is changed around the neutral/center point.
When the filter knob transitions across the neutral point, there is a brief, momentary spike of maximum filter effect before the parameter settles to the position set by the knob. This is noticeable in two main scenarios:
- Transition from Neutral towards High-Pass (HP): A momentary spike of maximum High-Pass is applied, then the effect correctly follows the knob position.
- Transition when crossing Neutral from the HP side: A momentary spike of maximum Low-Pass (LP) is applied as the knob crosses or approaches the neutral point.
This issue is easier to observe when moving the knob slowly.
I recall that this problem was not present in the initial version when the filter feature was first introduced, but it seems to have appeared in a subsequent update.
