[BE] 크롤러 동작 관리 API 추가

Description

현재 크롤러는 꺼지는 일 없이 계속해서 동작합니다. 이를 어드민 페이지에서 관리할 수 있게 크롤러를 관리하는 API가 필요합니다.

필요한 API

  • 현재 크롤러 정보
  • 크롤러 켜기
  • 크롤러 끄기
  • 크롤러 동작 시간 변경
    • ex) 7초에 한번 trigger → 3초에 한번 trigger
