Output attributes with an element

Hi,

Is it possible to give an Entry#summary an attribute? I understand that it's possible for a reader to handle the text in a summary differently depending on whether the attribute is marked _html_ or _text_, but I haven't been able to work out a way to get this to happen, either when defining the summary or when using `to_xml`.

Is this possible?
