There is just small bit of text that needs updating, at https://docs.seek4science.org/help/user-guide/adding-admin-items#creating-institutions that needs updating.

But also information on defining an institution when creating a project that includes a screenshot and goes into more detail - https://docs.seek4science.org/help/user-guide/create-a-project#defining-your-institution

The 2 could be aligned, with the Create institution going into similar detail
