Review action items from previous meetings
- Rebecca to take a pass at updating the release documentation, then run it by Borislav Iordanov for review. NOT DONE.
- Rebecca Younes to give Borislav Iordanov merge privileges to protected branches. DONE
- Peter Winstanley to prepare materials on documentation proposals and schedule a date to discuss at a future meeting. Proposed documentation to include:
  - Reference document based on class and property names and annotations
  - Primer - how to use, design patterns, diagrams
  - Related to this topic: we need to distinguish what goes into the style guide vs the primer. As of now the former mostly contains naming and annotation conventions, but my plan had been to expand it to include design issues as well.
Discussion topics
- Dan Carey's presentation of a revised model of geo-regions, geo-political entities, and governments developed with Ted Hills (continued from last two meetings).
