Glitch when the cursor is on top of a cluster popup #169
Description
When you hover on a cluster pin, it opens a popup. When you hover over this popup (making sure that you are hovering over the part of the popup that overlaps with the pin) it cause the popup to glitch which is not ok.
We either need to change this so that the popup only triggers onClick() or we need to not run the onHover for certain cases (debouncing? checking if popup exists? checking if hover on the pin exists? disable hover if a popup is open, enable when no popup is open etc..)
Not sure what the best solution would be but need to check
