Clarification -- Do you need RS6 control head unit if using AqualinkD

If using AqualinkD, do I need to keep the RS6 control head unit connected? Or can it be replaced by PI + Touchscreen?

Trying to plan install and 3D print case designs.

"Control Head"? If you mean the key-pad like AllButton / PDA / OneTouch etc, then NO, you don't need to keep that connected.
