Notes missing

I noticed some notes are missing such as C#4 and D#4. Is there a particular reason they are not included in the repo and is there any chance that they can be added?

This was a very old sampleset so probably some notes were bad recorded and they excluded them for final release.
There is no chance to add what can't be find anymore. For now it's mapped and works just fine. Cheers!
