test: re-enable and fix compile drift in test_concurrent_disputes.rs

test_concurrent_disputes.rs is excluded from the build via a commented-out mod test_concurrent_disputes; in lib.rs.

Acceptance criteria:

• Uncomment mod test_concurrent_disputes;
• Fix all compile errors against current struct/enum shapes
• cargo test passes with this module included
