Some flakiness with Open app prompt for apps on Ledger

Overview

When opening some networks on ledger, the open app prompt will open the app on ledger but then doesnt give the next prompt necessary, eg, wont load the accounts even though the app in open on the device . Once it gets to the rugged point, then it affects signing of transactions as you cant verify the address as it tells you to open the app on the ledger even though its already open.
* one prompt to verify address came through over 1 min later on the actual device so not sure if its just taking a very long time, but it seems borked

Opens apps fine for the first couple accounts then gets rugged with Eth (about 1min 20 into the jam)
