basic send of polygon works just fine and also seems KK specific

cannot repro on lifi, sends also work, seems only on 0x

seems related to EIP 1559 gas support re-introduced recently

While disabling EIP 1559 for KK 0x swaps seems to fix this issue there are other instances of EIP 1559 working on other transacations with KK.

  both work for example so we need to further root cause this problem
