[BUG]: "Declined" pop up blocks decline button

Describe the bug

When I decline a few notifications in a row, the pop up saying "Declined" starts to block the decline button and I have to wait for it to clear, which is quite annoying when clearing out a bunch of notifications.

Does it happen after a restart too?

Yes

Steps to reproduce

1. Press the X on a few notifications in quick succession
2. The "Declined" pop up will cover the Xs on the notifications, making you unable to press them

This is v2026.27.0, it wasn't an option in the template
