Explain the feature you want

OSC Receivers and Senders in Action Flows

Triggers for OSC variables (E.G. Parameters, Avatar Tracking States)
Senders as Actions similar to the new "Other Action" webhook senders

Why should we add this feature?

1. This is safer than [FEATURE]: Allow outside application interaction via Action Flows #94, as it only will talk to VRChat
2. Allows for automation in OSC toggles without a third-party app
   • Sending a webhook via radial menu
   • Adding a toggle automation that sets status, joinability, sends invites, etc. via Avatar State (Not possible with current Action Flows)
   • Use a OSC toggle that persists across multiple avatars for flows instead of having to manually set avatar IDs
3. Expands on OSC functionality, Automate the OSC Tool instead of being Manual toggle only (difficult while in VR)
   • Possible to show the VRCN Automated OSC Variables on the OSC Tool page for transparency?
