Reborn this repository - Removing all codes before the Beta state begin

Hi everyone!~ It's me, Shiroi Neko.

After considering that topic carefully, I have reborn the whole repository by creating an orphan branch of this project and removing all alpha versions on GitHub (except only PyPI, you still can download alpha versions).

The reasons behind this decision

There are such ways to explain why I do this - about the security; making sure this is always stable, and as small this repository size as possible; and the deployment issue, such as on the Research Labs.

• It's unclear whether the repository is oversized (465Mb for commits, while the actual size is 132Kb). That's the result of my attempt to embed a full g++ for Windows. Although I have removed that, the remaining code that remains inside the repository
• Removing all commits and re-creating an orphan also results in the conflict within your forked repository. Make sure you have to contribute your code and sync the code within the main project. Or, removing the old forked repository and fork this repository once again.
• All tags and releases will be removed. But, if you still want to download the alpha versions, you may need to go to the PyPI website.

Planning

I have still not decided how this goes, but I will notify you once I am ready.

You may notice the procedure will begin after all of those actions have been completed

• The branch name 1.0.0a10 is merged and successfully tested. It will be ready in the testbed.
• The branch name master-alt is created and restored in the code, except for all previous commits. You may notice the sign-off commits.
• The protection branch is removed.
• All tags and releases (old) will be removed. At this time, the repository will be unavailable but don't worry, it will be completed sooner.
• The master branch will be renamed to master-old and ready to be deleted
• The branch name master-alt will be renamed to master and become the main branch
• The branch name master-alt and master will be tested for the last time, before the removal of that old branch
• The old branch is removed. At this time, the newer repository is much smaller than the original.

I have tested in regular situations that this procedure may have been completed within 5 minutes. That means, you don't need to worry much about this repository, because it happens in a very short time, as restored everything as it did.
