Coach spawn bugged and no deathcam

Hi, so I was playing today and I realized my coach was not spawning in the right spawn (above other players), he was occupying one of my teammate's spawn. And after freezetime he wouldn't die. Also, we didn't have deathcam on the match, when we died, we would instantly go to a teammate camera.
I think this has to do with the new cs2 update because I played in 2 different servers with mathzy and they had the same bug.
